F.Sc / Diploma Programs

  • Matric / SSC (Science) with minimum 45% marks
  • Age: 15–25 years at time of admission
  • Valid CNIC / B-Form
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • 4 passport-size photographs

Degree Programs (BS / Doctor)

  • F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks
  • Valid CNIC copy
  • Original mark sheets & certificates
  • Character certificate from last institution
